1. Overview & Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website (creative.techgrowthdigital.com) and the creative production services provided by TechGrowth Creative ("Studio"), a specialized creative division of TechGrowth.

2. Creative Sprints & Scope of Work

All creative sprints (including Starter Creative Sprint, Growth Testing Sprint, and Monthly Creative Engine) are executed based on agreed deliverable scopes outlined in project briefs. Deliverables typically include 9:16 vertical video creatives, AI UGC, static ads, direct-response copy, and creative angle frameworks.

3. Intellectual Property & Commercial Usage

Upon receipt of full payment for an agreed sprint or retainer period:

  • The client receives full, perpetual commercial usage rights to deploy, edit, run, and distribute the completed creative assets across their advertising channels (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Google, Pinterest, etc.).
  • TechGrowth Creative retains the right to display non-confidential creative deliverables as portfolio specimens, case studies, or demonstrative studio work unless explicitly restricted by a separate non-disclosure agreement (NDA).

4. Speculative & Concept Creative Notice

Any creative specimens marked on our website as "Spec Creative" or "Concept Work" are created for illustrative direct-response demonstration purposes and do not imply formal endorsement by or affiliation with third-party brands unless explicitly designated as genuine client work.

5. Performance Disclaimer

While our direct-response creative frameworks are engineered using rigorous conversion principles and tested hook structures, paid advertising performance is subject to external factors including market demand, product pricing, ad account trust, landing page conversion, and platform algorithm changes. We do not guarantee specific ROAS or revenue outcomes.

6. Revisions & Approval Rhythm

Each creative sprint includes structured review checkpoints for script approval and final asset sign-off. Feedback is processed asynchronously to maintain fast turnaround velocity.
